Yes. PocketDabber™ pairs a precision CNC-machined aluminum body with a proprietary magnetic sliding mechanism. Slide it open, load a small amount of compatible aromatherapy concentrate into the ceramic bowl, and slide it closed. One button controls the device with vibration feedback. When needed, swap the bowl without disassembling the device or replacing the entire chamber.
PocketDabber is designed for compatible solid and semi-solid aromatherapy concentrates intended for controlled heating. Use a small amount and follow the loading instructions in the user manual. Compatibility depends on the formulation; if you’re unsure about a product, contact us before using it.
Orders placed on weekdays before noon Eastern are usually fulfilled the same or next business day, depending on order volume. Domestic delivery is estimated at two business days after fulfillment. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy or track your order.
Yes, if it is unused and meets the conditions in our Return Policy. Eligible devices purchased directly from VIVID LABS may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Use the Return Request Form or email support@vividlabsusa.com for authorization before sending a return. Customers pay return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Used devices cannot be returned.
