VIVID LABS 60-Day Limited Warranty provides customers with protection against manufacturing defects and functional issues for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. This policy outlines what’s covered, how to submit a claim with video proof, and the process for receiving a replacement or repair. It ensures peace of mind and reinforces our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

No Medical Claims: The PocketDabber is intended solely for aromatherapy and personal enjoyment. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Vivid Labs makes no medical or therapeutic claims regarding the use of this product.

Limitations of Warranty

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
• Use of third-party essential oils, waxes, or materials not intended for the device
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)
• Failure to follow operating instructions or recommended maintenance

Any attempt to alter, modify, or repair the device by anyone other than Vivid Labs or an authorized service provider will void this Warranty.

How to Submit Video Proof

1. Record a clear video showing the issue with your device (lighting, sound, and steps taken to replicate the problem).
2. Include your order number and the full device in the frame.
3. Upload the video to Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube (unlisted).
4. Email the link to: warranty@vividlabs.co with subject line:
   Warranty Claim – Order #XXXXX
