Yes. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” link in the footer of our website, which takes you directly to your subscription management page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation is processed.
Only unopened heaters are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used heaters are not returnable for safety, contamination, and quality-control reasons.
