Make sure the bowl is fully inserted and aligned properly.
Confirm the device is fully charged.
Clean the gold contact points inside the device using a dry cotton swab.
If the problem continues, adjust the connector using the steps below.
Remove the bowl from the device.
Locate the gold spring-loaded contact pins inside the bowl chamber.
Use a non-metallic tool (like a toothpick or plastic pen cap) to gently push each pin upward to ensure full travel and contact.
Reinsert the bowl firmly and test the device.
Try a different USB-C cable and wall adapter (5V/2A or higher).
Inspect the charging port for dust, lint, or residue and clean gently if needed.
Remove the bowl from the device, wait 5 seconds, and then plug it in to reset the protection circuit.
If the issue persists, try charging from a different outlet.
Remove the bowl and inspect it for any residue on the bottom contact surface.
Clean both the bowl base and the contact pins inside the device with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol.
Let all components dry completely.
Reinsert the bowl until it clicks securely.If available, try a different bowl to test for hardware-related issues.
After inserting a new or cleaned bowl, plug the device into the charger briefly to reinitialize its internal logic.
If there’s no response, remove the bowl again, wait 10 seconds, and reinsert it firmly.
Perform a soft reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
Confirm the device is fully charged.
Check if the auto shut-off timer is being triggered (e.g., no input for 5 minutes).
Try turning it on and immediately beginning use to avoid idle shutdown.
If it shuts down instantly or during heating, record a video and submit a warranty claim.
